Aluminiumleiter-Stahl unterstützte Acss ASTM B856

Aufbau
ACSS, ein nicht-homogener Leiter, ist konzentrisch-legen den angeschwemmten Leiter, der von den runden Drähten des Aluminiums 1350-O und von den runden, überzogenen Stahlkerndrähten hergestellt wird. Stahldrähte werden mit Beschichtung der Kategorie A des Zinks – 5% mischmetal Aluminiumlegierung beschichtet. Andere Kategorien Beschichtungen sind auch für zusätzlichen Schutz vor Korrosion erhältlich. Standard-, hoher, Extra- und ultra hochfester Stahl sind auch erhältlich

Anwendung:
ACSS Leiter sind über ACSR Leitern für spezifische Übertragungszeile Anwendungen bevorzugt:
Mit Zink – 5% kann mischmetal Legierungsaluminiumbeschichtung auf Stahldrähten, ACSS Leiter bis zu 250 °C. ACSS Leitern bedient werden tragen aktuelleres als die ACSR Leiter, die zu passend sind:
Minimale durchschnittliche Leitfähigkeit von 63% IACS für Aluminiumdrähte 1350-O gegen eine durchschnittliche Leitfähigkeit von 61.2% für Aluminiumdrähte 1350-H19 in ACSR.
ACSS Leiter können bis zu 250 gebetrieben werden, die °C gegen die Normalbetriebshöchsttemperatur für einen ACSR Leiter nicht 100 °C. überschreitet
ACSS Leiter sind vornübergeneigt, den Effekten der äolischen Schwingung sehr zu widerstehen wegen weniger oder keiner mechanischer Eingabe auf den getemperten Aluminiumdrähten
Langfristige Ausdehnung ist nicht ein Faktor beim Konzipieren mit ACSS Leitern
