High Performance Aluminum Core XLPE Insulation ABC Cable
1. Applications
Aerial Bundled cable is used for overhead power transmission and distribution lines with the voltage from 1KV-35KV. Also can be installed in the street with dense trees close to the building site of urban construction.
It consists of copper or aluminum conductor, inner shidleing layer, weather-poof indulation material and outer shidleing layer. It has not only power-transmitting chatacter of power cable, but strong mechanical chatacter of aeria; Cable as well, In compaison with bare, It boasts many advantages such as small span in laying the initiative to choose to use.

3. Working conditions of aerial insulation power cable
1)Rated voltage: 1kv 10kv
2)The tallest work temperatuie of the cable conductor
XLPE insulation cable temperature +90° C
HDPE insulation cable temperature +75
3)During having a short a short (lasting less than 5 seconds)
The maximum temperature
XLPE insullsted cables is temperature + 250
HDPE insulsted cables is temperature +150
4)During the cable lying the ambient temperature must be above temperature +20
5)Bending radius allowance of the cable
A)1kv aeria; Insulation power cable
It shouldbe no less than 4D for cable with outer diameter less than 25mm
It should be no less than 6D for cable with outer diameter of 25 mmor more
B)10kv aerial insulation power cable
Single core cable20(D+d )± 5%mm
Multi-core cable: 15(D+d) ± 5%mm
